Terms of use

fastfinancial.co (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Fast Financial, Inc. (“Fast Financial,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We are a mortgage broker, not a lender

Fast Financial is a mortgage broker licensed in California by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under the California Financing Law, NMLS 2226871. We help borrowers compare loan options from multiple wholesale lenders. We do not fund loans or make credit decisions. Every loan is subject to the lender’s underwriting, property appraisal, and approval.

Estimates are not offers

Rates, payments, closing costs, and other figures shown on the Site, including in our calculators and articles, are estimates for general information. They are not a loan offer, a rate lock, a commitment to lend, or a Loan Estimate. Your actual rate and terms depend on your credit, income, property, loan amount, and market conditions on the day a rate is locked. Submitting a form on the Site does not mean you have applied for a loan or that any lender has agreed to lend to you.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Content on the Site is general education. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice for your situation. Mortgage rules, programs, and limits change, and we make no warranty that every page is current. Before acting, talk with us directly or with your own tax or legal adviser.

Using the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Sell, license, or commercially exploit the Site or its content.
• Copy, republish, or redistribute Site content except as these Terms allow.
• Scrape the Site, overload it, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Submit false information, or information about another person without their permission.
• Use the Site to build a competing product or service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. All content, design, and branding on the Site belong to Fast Financial or its licensors. If you send us feedback about the Site, we may use it freely without obligation to you.

Privacy, calls, and texts

Our privacy policy explains what we collect through the Site and how we use and share it, including the calls, texts, and emails you agree to when you submit a request. It is part of these Terms. Information you give us during a loan application is also protected under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the privacy notice you receive at that time.

Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, including lenders, government agencies, and our client portal provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast Financial and its officers, employees, and agents from claims and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST FINANCIAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $50.

This section applies only to use of the Site. It does not limit any duty we owe you as your mortgage broker under California or federal law, under the disclosures and agreements you sign for a loan, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, the provider of the Site is Fast Financial, Inc., 190 Sierra Ct Ste 324, Palmdale, CA 93550. To file a complaint about the Site or get more information about using it, write to us at that address or email hello@fastfinancial.co. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210.

Complaints about our mortgage services can also go to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation at dfpi.ca.gov or (866) 275-2677. You can look up our license on NMLS Consumer Access.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. See our privacy policy for how to make a request.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone and work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. If you have trouble using any part of the Site, email hello@fastfinancial.co or call (661) 512-4141 and we will help.

General

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. You agree that notices we send electronically satisfy any requirement for written notice. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and Fast Financial about use of the Site.
